Due to the perishable nature of our products (fresh flowers, arrangements, and floral designs), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any floral products.
Return Window: 0 days. No returns accepted on perishable floral products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@hamiltonflowerfarm.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Cancellation requests made less than 48 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed.
